SoldLive "the App" provides invoicing, messaging, and inventory management functionality through Facebook comments and private replies ("the Service") to merchants who use Shopify to power their stores and sell through Facebook posts. This Privacy Policy describes how personal information is collected, used, and shared when you install or use the App in connection with your Shopify-supported store.

PERSONAL INFORMATION THE APP COLLECTS

When you install the App, we automatically access certain types of information from your Shopify account, including:

  • View Shopify account data: basic information such as your store URL, email address, currency format, and timezone
  • Manage products: To tag your products
  • Manage orders: To identify your orders made through comment selling
  • Manage customers: To identify customers who converted through comment selling
  • Manage marketing: To identify Facebook as the sales channel
  • Manage your Online Store: To manage your inventory and create draft orders
  • Manage other data: To attach your specified discount codes to orders

Additionally, we collect the following personal information from you and/or your customers once you have installed the App:

  • Information about you and others who may access the App on behalf of your store, such as your name, address, email address, phone number, and billing information.
  • Information about individuals who visit your store, such as their IP address, web browser details, time zone, and information about cookies installed on their device.
